+ International Missions

Trinity Lutheran sponsors a family carrying out ongoing missionary work abroad. Official LCMS missionaries and mercy workers are funded entirely through the designated donations of God’s people who choose to give specifically for that purpose. + Faithworks Community Coalition, Inc.

Faithworks is a Redding-based nonprofit that provides Transitional Housing Facilities for homeless families and veterans. It began in 1998 through the collaborative efforts of multiple local churches and has grown into a model program that has been replicated by neighboring counties. Trinity is dedicated to helping further their mission by providing referrals. If you require housing assistance, please speak with our ministerial staff about the referral process.

+ Seasonal Opportunities

Trinity Lutheran hosts various events and programs throughout the year to provide a safe and engaging space for the local community. Some annual events include the Harvest Fair that boasts carnival games and live entertainment, the annual Rummage Sale in May where proceeds help fund Early Learning Center programming, and Vacation Bible School week in early June which serves as a free summer day camp for local families. Trinity also participates in Operation Christmas Child every December. Be sure to stop in and collect a box from the Narthex in November.

+ Prayer Chain

A list of individuals and families requesting prayer is released with the weekly update. This is a special way to bring our community together as we lift up prayers for one another during times of hardship, illness, or uncertainty. A special segment is dedicated to family members who are serving our Nation in the Armed Forces.
